The new ZIP Motor by Lumenier has been designed and built for incredible performance and power. Rated at 2450kv, this motor hits the sweet spot for screaming 4-5s (5" prop) multirotors.
The new ZIP series by Lumenier is the culmination of years of FPV racing drone motor manufacturing experience. The ZIP motors feature top of the line components and powerful N52SH (high temperature) curved magnets for maximum power. This gives you the best performing motor for your racing or freestyle drone. Lumenier has always been known for their silky smooth motors, and the ZIP motors are no exception. Each motor is dynamically balanced and tested at the factory to ensure a smooth and a perfectly running motor out of the box, resulting in clear and jello-free flight footage.
The polished steel shaft ZIP motors allow drone pilots to use traditional propellers with nuts. The shafts are made from high quality steel to ensure the best durability possible with threads that will not strip.
The motor features a minimal lightweight base and hollow steel 4mm shaft with screw termination for easy maintenance. The ZIP 2207 motors come in at 31g continuing Lumenier's tradition of creating some of the lightest racing and freestyle motors on the market.
Carefully assembled and dynamically balanced to the highest standard in Lumenier's climate controlled facility, the Lumenier ZIP motors deploy state of the art glue technology, application robots for even glue distribution, and advanced curing procedures to ensure magnets won't slip -- even under the tremendous demands put on them during drone racing and FPV freestyle events.
