Shipping policy
SHIPPING SERVICES:
Shipping is available to most states and territories in the US.
Shipping fees can be based on weight, package size or a combination of both.
USPS and UPS are the two shipping carriers currently offered. Services available for our Economy Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage and for our Standard Shipping, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Any Free Shipping offers will be sent via the Economy or UPS Ground option, not USPS Priority.
If your order contains lithium batteries, your order may not be permitted to ship via the "Standard" option which includes air shipments such as USPS Priority, and/or it may be split into multiple shipments to abide by USPS Publication 52 Packaging Instructions 9D Hazardous Goods (unless shipping to Alaska).
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated, and do not include order processing times (which include packaging and carrier pickup). Due to our Brick & Mortar being closed on Sundays & Mondays, order processing times are as follows:
Tuesdays - Friday (before 1pm):
0 - 12 hours
Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays:
12 - 72 Hours or Less
Orders placed before 1pm, Tuesday - Friday have the quickest processing times, while some small packages ordered on Saturdays before 1pm may still go out same-day. Any order placed after 1pm or larger packages that will be shipping UPS take longer for carrier pickup. Certain states and territories may take an additional 2-3 days from estimate, depending on their distance from our store.
If you need expedited shipping, you would like to request a specific carrier/shipping service/shipping location in the US that doesn't appear at checkout, or if you plan to place a very large order, please contact us at sales@rc-n-go.com, prior to placing your order.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
All orders are available for In-Store Pickup, unless otherwise stated on the product description page. Select the "In-Store Pickup" option on the checkout page. Orders may be picked up during regular business hours. To check store hours, please visit our Contact Us page.
