Is the product I want in stock?

Unless a product shows a status of "Out of Stock", it is in-stock and ready to be shipped or ordered for pick-up.

All items shown on our website are shipped out by our brick-and-mortar store in Jacksonville, Florida.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Provided your order has not yet been shipped, yes. It can be modified or cancelled in most cases. All cancellations however, are subject to a non-refundable 5% payment processing fee.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer Free Pickup, during regular business hours, in addition to our standard shipping options at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and all US Territories, including Puerto Rico. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Economy Shipping normally takes 5-8 days while Standard Shipping usually arrives in 3-5 days.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange a product?

Items can be brought In-Store during regular business hours to request a return or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds usually go back to the original payment method within 24 hours but in some cases, it can take from 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on the account.

Repairs & Warranties

Do your products have any warranty coverage?

Yes, some products are covered under warranty with us directly, while other products may be covered by the manufacturer.

Do you provide repair services?

Yes! We offer a variety of troubleshooting and repair services for Hobby-Grade FPV Drones, RC Airplanes, and RC Cars.

We can also perform firmware updates on some DJI Drones. Please notew that in some instances we may have to send the drone to DJI for a software reset.

We do not work on any Toy-Grade Drones, Toy RC Cars or other proprietary equipment at this time.
