ORDERING INFO:

Physical Gift Cards purchased online will be sent by mail, with a blank gift card presenter, and blank envelope, to the shipping address provided at checkout. 

 

If you would like for the gift card to be sent directly to the recipient, please enter the "To/From" information in the Notes section on the Cart page, along with a Personalized Message and the gift card presenter/envelope will be filled out by hand.

     

    NOTES:

    • There is a surcharge fee of $4.95 for physical gift cards purchased online and $2.95 for physical gift cards purchased In-Store.

    Is the product I want in stock?

    Unless a product shows a status of "Out of Stock", it is in-stock. All items shown on our website are shipped out by our brick-and-mortar store in Jacksonville, Florida during regular business hours.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to the United States and all US Territories, including Puerto Rico.

    When will I receive my order?

    Processing times range from 24 - 36 hours or less, based on when an order is placed.

    Once picked up by the designated shipper, Economy service takes approximately 5-8 days, with Standard Shipping at 3-5 days, with some locations taking a bit longer.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, we offer Free Pickup at our Jacksonville, Florida location, during regular business hours, in addition to our standard shipping options, at checkout.

    How do I return a product?

    Items can be returned In-Store during regular business hours.
